Oceanator
Oceanator
Oceanator is the solo endeavor of Brooklyn based musician Elise Okusami. Okusami released her debut EP in February 2017. The EP, recorded at her brother Mike Okusami’s Maryland studio, plays to Okusami’s folk-pop and rock aesthetics. Stand out tracks include ‘Nowhere Nothing’ and ‘Afternoon’ both of which have received praise from publications such as Pitchfork, Impose Magazine, and Heartbreaking Bravery.

“Okusami layers her lovesickness and loneliness over an unexpected backdrop of bubbly 1980s synthpop and crisp percussion.” - Pitchfork

“In two songs, Oceanator proves to be a project with a surprising amount of range, depth, understanding, and versatility.” - Heartbreaking Bravery

“‘Nowhere Nothing’ exhibits a comfort found in the cold, a reconciliation with, and justification for a feeling of solitude” - Impose Magazine
Color Tongue
Color Tongue
Color Tongue is an energetic Psychedelic Funk-Punk quartet from Brooklyn, New York. They've been digesting all of their influences from Funkadelic to Animal Collective, and regurgitating them into psychotically enjoyable performances all around Brooklyn and Manhattan for the better part of a year. They've been DIY the whole way making their own recordings, videos, projections, and even painting walls in Bushwick, this band leaves their colorful fingerprints on everything they touch.
Superbloom
Superbloom
NYC’s Superbloom met in 2018. Dave Newman (guitar/vocals) and Tim Choate (guitar) grew up together playing shows in Boston, Bologna native Matteo Dix (drums) toured in hardcore bands from Italy and London, and Brian DiMeglio (bass) had just arrived in Brooklyn with a new sound engineering gig. The band formed and hit the ground running with writing and recording, releasing a hard-hitting four-song EP NO REQUESTS in December that year.
