Another Astronaut
Another Astronaut
Another Astronaut started out as a high school talent show band in 2008 with intentions of being just a brief project. 10 years later, original members Nick Quiles and Paul Arroyo along with Christian Estrella and their newest member Danny Briones have built a strong following in local underground punk shows across NYC and its surrounding boroughs as well as several states and cities along the northeast. Described once as a band that sounds like "if the Vandals and blink-182 had a baby" Another Astronaut has held strong over the years with fast paced, energetic and raw pop punk with a distinct and nostalgic early 90s tone. With another small tour across several states and an EP on the way, Another Astronaut doesn't plan to slow down anytime soon.

Oceanator
Oceanator
Oceanator is the solo endeavor of Brooklyn based musician Elise Okusami. Okusami released her debut EP in February 2017. The EP, recorded at her brother Mike Okusami’s Maryland studio, plays to Okusami’s folk-pop and rock aesthetics. Stand out tracks include ‘Nowhere Nothing’ and ‘Afternoon’ both of which have received praise from publications such as Pitchfork, Impose Magazine, and Heartbreaking Bravery.

“Okusami layers her lovesickness and loneliness over an unexpected backdrop of bubbly 1980s synthpop and crisp percussion.” - Pitchfork

“In two songs, Oceanator proves to be a project with a surprising amount of range, depth, understanding, and versatility.” - Heartbreaking Bravery

“‘Nowhere Nothing’ exhibits a comfort found in the cold, a reconciliation with, and justification for a feeling of solitude” - Impose Magazine
